200-85-KIT Filter Shroud Upgrade

This upgrade for all MAG-200 Dust Collectors improves the filter life and features better seals to prevent any dust leakage. One best parts this upgrade is that no tools are required to change filters.  There are two catch clamps on the side of the louvered filter cover to quickly access the (part 200-81) 12x12x4 MERV 13 filter and the (part 200-80)12x12x1 pad filter. Inspect and change filters in 30 seconds.

Filter maintenance is very important to ability of the MAG-200 Dust Collector to keep your shop clean. We designed this new shroud to make the filter changes fast and easy so operators are not deterred from doing the required maintenance. We also recognized that customers wanted a longer lasting filter and this 4" deep filter delivers with far more surface area than the 1" deep filter to give you more time between filter changes.

Installation is easy, remove your old filter shroud and pad filter cover, clean the surface of the MAG-200 where the old shroud was. Remove the louvered cover and filters then use the silicone along the flanges of the new shroud. Place a screw on the top center hole of the new shroud and locate it on to the MAG-200, then locate the other 2 screws on the left and right sides.  Tighten all the screws then take the included drill bit and drill the 4th hole in the bottom center flange using the hole already in the shroud flange as they way to locate the hole that you will drill into the body of the MAG-200.  Then screw in the last self tapping screw.  Load the pad filter, then the pleated filter.  Make sure the metal reinforcement wires of the filter are facing outwards then line up the louvered cover and use the catch clamps to fix into place.  Ensure you plug any holes in the MAG-200 body with the included self-tapping screws.
